The white truffle, authenticated.
EarlTruffle is the premium export brand of Riva & C. srls, dedicated exclusively to the White Truffle of Piedmont — Tuber magnatum Pico. Created to bring a true, verifiable Piedmont experience to buyers worldwide, on the rarest truffle of all.
ONE SPECIES, NO COMPROMISE
Every EarlTruffle order concerns one species and one only — Tuber magnatum Pico, the White Truffle of Piedmont. It is the most prized and most volatile truffle in the world, and its rarity demands the highest rigour at every step of the supply chain.
Our harvest promise.
YOUR ORDER, ON FILM
Every EarlTruffle order is accompanied by a video of the actual harvest — your white truffle, found by our forager, in the forests of Piedmont. No proxies. No mystery.
Origin certification.
EACH SHIPMENT
Each shipment includes a proprietary self-certification of provenance, documenting the exact territory of harvest, the season, and the forager.
THE PROCESS
How an EarlTruffle order works.
The white truffle trade has always been opaque. We answer it with the opposite — a single, standardised process, run the same disciplined way on every order, so nothing is left to chance and every claim we make can be verified.
